Reports can help you to analyze your video surveillance system operation. Due to a flexible system of settings, you can create reports which will contain only the information you require most. Besides, any report can be created automatically at the specified time and sent to all concerned persons.

TRASSIR CMS lets you create the following reports to analyze your video surveillance system operation:
- Health History report
Shows the history of the selected device health indicators alteration over a specified time period.
- Devices Status report
Shows information on the devices connected to the cloud at the moment of the report creation.
- Connections report
Shows the server connection history, including users, client IP addresses, time of connection/disconnection and sessions.
- Users report
Shows information on the users, their roles and device access rights, including accessible servers, channels, archive view speed limit, access time period and schedule.
- POS report
Shows information on the point of sale integration with the ActivePOS module, including statistics for incidents, cashiers, stores, divisions and clusters.
- Queue report
Shows information and statistics for the Queue detector module, including the information on open points of sale, queue length and incidents.
- Persons Blacklist report
Shows information and statistics on the operation of the Blacklist person recognition function of the FaceRecognition module.
- Report on actions of users
Shows the history of user actions in TRASSIR CMS and VMS. You can configure the data collection in your profile.
- Incidents report
Shows incident history and statistics, including number of unprocessed/processed incidents, average operator response time, average number of incidents processed by one operator.
Click Create report and select the variant you need.

Each report can have a unique name. The report settings depend on its type:

Automatic report sending: for the majority of reports, you can choose daily, weekly or monthly report creation on a certain day at the defined time.
In the Notification E-mail lists field, you can specify either an existing list from the drop-down menu or create a new one. Once configured, reports will be automatically sent on schedule to the specified email addresses.

Parameters: individual settings depending on the report type. They determine the content and appearance of reports.
The generated report can be downloaded in CSV and XLS formats, printed or deleted by clicking the appropriate button.
